Bot for OnboardingApply

Onboarding new employees can be a repetitive and time-consuming process. This thesis focuses on developing a Chat Messenger-based Bot (e.g. Matrix, Teams) that automates these initial steps. The Bot proactively contacts new hires, creates personalized to-do lists, helps organize their schedules, and automatically generates documentation pages. By handling these administrative tasks, the system aims to reduce the manual workload for HR and Onboarding and ensure a smooth, organized start for new team members.
